  • Dosing and product properties
    Every product is unique, whether it's a powder, liquid, semi-finished or finished product. Thanks to our knowledge and experience, and helped by your in-house product expertise, we know exactly how these products behave and how to transport or mix them. We accurately align the required dosing systems to these specifications.
  • Dosing and conditions
    The set-up of your dosing system and the local environmental conditions also have an impact on the design. For example, the distance the product needs to travel in combination with the desired capacity determines the required pipe diameter and the type of pump/blower that we recommend. The product properties and/or environmental conditions determine whether insulation is required and which type is best, as well as if heating, cooling or drying are perhaps needed.
  • Dosing and hygiene
    It's not only your powder dosing system or liquid dosing system that needs to comply with strict hygiene requirements, also the storage silos, tanks, mixers, pipework, platforms and skids need to meet the highest standards. This means you need to ensure there are no ‘blind spots’ or ‘sharp corners’, system components must be self-draining and smooth surfaces are compulsory, whereby special attention needs to be paid to the finishing of the welding seams to ensure that your product keeps moving and cannot become stuck anywhere.

Dosing and mixing obviously go hand in hand. That's why we align your dosing system and mixing system with each other.

We look carefully at your recipe to determine the best dosing method for your powder dosing system or liquid dosing system: either by weight (as is the case for most powders) or by volume (applicable to most liquids).

Customized dosing systems

We produce dosing systems specifically designed for food, pharma and chemicals.

Whether it concerns the dosing system itself or the silos, hoppers, tanks, mixers and piping, we mainly use stainless steel with the very highest degree of finish. Depending on the application, we can also use even higher-grade materials such as titanium, hastelloy, (super) duplex and cunifer, but steel or plastics are also possible.
