What began as a family business almost 90 years ago has grown into a trusted name in process engineering, with operations both at home and abroad.

1934

Establishment

The Rijkers family starts 'Rijkers Staalbouw B.V.' in Rosmalen.

1959

Relocation

The company leaves Rosmalen and moves to Uden.

1981

Name change

Rijkers Staalbouw B.V. is given a new name: 'Rijkers Industries B.V.'. This event is followed not much by the merger with A.I.C.

1988

Project department becomes autonomous

The project department of the company becomes an independent unit under the name 'RIJKERS International B.V.'.

1992

Partner agreement

A partnership agreement is concluded with the Industrial Automation department of Philips (predecessor of Global Weighing).

1996

Relocation

Another move, this time from Uden to nearby Veghel.

1996

New partnership

RIJKERS chooses RVS NON FERRO as its partner for the construction of stainless steel machines.

1996

First takeover

RIJKERS becomes part of Breda Industries B.V. after a takeover.

1999

VCA certification

BVQI awards the VCA certificate to RIJKERS.

1999

Second takeover

Another takeover takes place: this time the company is acquired by KSE Group B.V.

1999

Distributor for Airsweep

RIJKERS signs a collaborative agreement with Control Concepts from the United States. The company has the distribution rights and is representative of Airsweep for the entire Benelux.

2009

Third takeover

Third time's a charm: RIJKERS becomes a sister company of RVS NON FERRO. Not much later, the team moves from Veghel to Uden where additional office space is built.

2014

New assembly hall

Growth continues, despite the precarious economic climate. Construction starts on a brand-new assembly hall for process systems and machines.

2015

Professionalization continues with ISO & VCA**

RIJKERS obtains the quality and organization certificate ISO 9001 and expands the VCA to VCA**

2016

Foundation of the SLB Group

Preparations are in full swing to set up a new organizational structure. The three subsidiaries RVS NON FERRO, RIJKERS Procestechnologie and SLB Hightech each have their own focus areas.

2017

New ERP system

The introduction of a new ERP system ensures the new organization is ready for the future.

2019

Further certifications

RIJKERS obtains the ISO 1090 and EN3834-2 certificates.

2025

Outspoken ambitions

The company has firm ambitions and is not afraid to express them. It aims to achieve a turnover of 10 million euros by 2025, which is necessary to continue playing a leading role.
