The Hygienic Design Network (HDN) gives the market clarity and uniformity in the labyrinth of laws, standards and guidelines surrounding the design and construction of machines and process systems in the food industry. Companies that work according to the HDN methodology comply with all laws and regulations relating to safety and hygiene. RIJKERS can help with HDN certifications.
The European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group (EHEDG) was established as a non-profit organization for companies, research institutes, universities, public health authorities and government organizations in the food industry. We pursue food safety through the improvement of hygienic engineering and hygienic design in all aspects of food production.
