CIP systems for food and pharmaceutical industries
As a manufacturer in the food or pharmaceutical industry, you need to meet very strict quality, safety and hygiene requirements. In many cases a standard CIP installation is not sufficient for cleaning your installations, skids and piping. A customized CIP system is the answer.
The last thing you want is contamination or microbacteria to grow in your plant. Critical markets therefore almost always require specific materials and a specific finish. In other words: customized ‘Clean-In-Place’.
Central, integral or as a unit
There are various possibilities:
- Central CIP system
CIP system with one or more tanks that are centrally positioned, including piping and central control system that supplies CIP fluid to multiple systems or parts thereof
- Integral CIP system
CIP system with one or more tanks, including piping and control system that supplies CIP fluid to a system or parts thereof
- CIP system as standalone unit
CIP system on a (mobile) skid or on wheels with single or multiple tanks, including piping and control system that supplies CIP fluid to a system or parts thereof

We don't just look at your specific needs during the pre-engineering phase, we also apply our in-house knowledge and experience to achieve the highest level of operational reliability for your equipment. After the pre-engineering phase, we can determine the required budget and give you time to make a well-informed decision.

We produce specific CIP systems for food and pharma.
In doing so, we use stainless steel with the highest degree of finish for both the CIP systems and process skids, as well as in the piping system.
